terrible people
I canceled with them 3 MONTHS ago. They continued to charge me for another term when I canceled beforehand. They continue to charge me for roadside assistance even though I got new insurance elsewhere months ago. They will not respond to my calls, voicemails, or emails. They instead sent it to debt collectors so now I have to worry about this when I am trying to get approved for a home. Absolutely the scummiest of people.
