This agent is horrible. Period. NEVER go to him, unless you want to get into big trouble because your wishes are not recorded, your policy is not updated, and then it is even blamed on you.....
Been with Jonathan for over 20 years and was under Lou prior to that. He used to be the best but now has gotten to the point of never calling back or responding to any messages or calls. Coupled with premiums going up over 30% it’s time to walk

Horrible agent. Over promises and underdelivered. Don’t waste your time. There are much better agents out there.
I rarely leave bad reviews, but feel like this needs one, desperately. We are all busy. When you need a policy updated... you should be able to make a call, agree to terms, then receive the updated policy, right? Not with this office. There's 3 people. I've talked to all 3 of them numerous times. It's Jonathan, Joe, & Michael. In all phone calls, across all 3 of them, it's the same thing.
