I generally would speak to the customer service rep, Cheryl when calling Allstate. She was always welcoming, gave me plenty of time to talk out any issues I had, and always offered me advice and my options. There was one situation where I thought one way about an accident but she went over the Ohio law with me and gave me the knowledge to do the correct thing by filing with the other drivers insurance.
