My agent Joana was the best any person you could ask for. Joana worked to make sure I received the best experience possible with Allstate. She looked for every possible deduction and made sure I understood and was happy with my choices. In my opinion she went above and beyond keeping me informed and following up at every turn. I'm sure they do this for all their customers, but I felt that Joana made me feel special and made sure I knew that if I had any problems, I was to call her, and she would be there to help me.
