WOW!!! After over 15 years of service with this agent, I could no longer pay the premiums as they kept going up and up year after year even though I have zero tickets or accidents during the span of service. The real WOW in this is how ungrateful, difficult, and humiliated they leave you feeling for canceling their overpriced service. I had called them almost 1 month before I planned to end service and ask to be removed from their auto payment service. They told me sure no problem but I would have to send an email to cancel.... read more

The entire process was conducted over the phone and online with rates substantially below our previous insurer. They have a new client.
I have no complaints!! Everything worked out smoothly. I appreciated the constant communication from Allstate throughout the process of getting my car fixed.
