I have no complaints!! Everything worked out smoothly. I appreciated the constant communication from Allstate throughout the process of getting my car fixed.

I appreciated that she was, professional, precise, straight to the point, and good sense of humor type of personality. When this was just plain old Hanley and Hanley, they had integrity, customer care and customer service. Gone, all gone. Now instead, they take your money, and let you battle it out yourself with whatever insurance company they stick you with. An Insurance company who fills out false inspection reports, improperly list information on your home, can't tell the difference between grassy yellow blooms off an oak tree and oak leaves on a roof.
