I have been with allstate for 37 years and my family 70 years but I have had quite a few issues from staff asking me if I planned to make a claim because I was upset that they quoted me a policy with a $2500 deductible instead of $500 which is all I've ever had on any policy and upon bringing it to John's attention that I was spoke to like that he told me all of his staff did a wonderful job so I guess he condones his customers being spoke to like that on another occasion Doris told me my furnace would not be covered on a cl... read more

I wish there was still another allstate agency in godfrey I have been with allstate for over 40 years and my family 70 years but I have had problems with with john and his staff being very rude towards me I thought it was just me until I was in the office one day and saw a young man being very rude to a older gentleman who was just trying to get helped.
