I wouldn't recommend going with Allstate. The agents are nice, but the experience when your family actually needs help is horrible. We've been loyal customers of Allstate for many years for both auto and home. We've had very few auto claims. However, my wife unfortunately hit a deer last month when driving our primary vehicle. Our experience since then has been HORRIBLE! Our Allstate adjuster has told us lies about our options that everyone else we talk to confirms are misinformation.
