Stay far away from the Quagliotto Allstate agency. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced with a auto/homeowner insurer. When the person I opened my auto policy left, no one ever bothered to contact us and say, "hey, Virginia left but I'm here to be your contact. Feel free to contact me for any questions" . My auto policy kept going up $25-$30 per month every time the six month policy was up and trying to get somebody to talk to that would take any responsibility was impossible.
