Mr. Slosek has been a wonderful insurance agent, with prompt answers to my questions. This past spring he went way beyond my expectations when I was having difficulty registering my new boat trailer. His office actually went to the RMV for me! Now that is good service. Thanks John
The actual agents in the Chicopee office are great to work with! I have a problem with Allstate as a company, because of the procedures the impose on safe drivers! I DO NOT agree with rates going UP for safe drivers who DO NOT make claims! They are making US pay for OTHERS mistakes, and I DO NOT agree with that way of doing business.
Very poor customer service!!!
