The company starts out with better rates then others. Once the first renewal is up, there seems to be "unseen changes" that incresses the policy and monthy payment without notice. It seems harder than average to get ahold of someone. They can also have poor comunication skills when there is an issue with the policy that could lead to cancelation. I had them before ran into this issue and left. When I bought my second home I gave them a second chance and seems like we are repeating the same process.
I LOVE the people here. if they was closer to the price I pay now with AAA I would go back. I would pay 100 dollars more but not like 4 or 500. These people treat you like family.
I’m not satisfied with this company at all, this has been the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my entire life!! I would never recommend this company ever & I will never trust being a customer again. Yes I’m leaving this company ASAP, I feel scammed & discriminated against.
