I loved when John was in charge, ever since he retired getting ahold of someone in the office is a full-time job. We had a mixup happen and have had no follow up to even let us know any updatehave left multiple voicemails and emails with no response!
Mr. Lingard is professional, courteous, friendly and willing to go to extra effort to make sure all needs are met. He exceeds all expectations.
