Absolutely avoid this agency and this agent in particular. I’ll keep it brief. I took it like a champ when my rate increased without notification. Then months later I attempt to remove a vehicle from my policy and I simply cannot get a hold of a human being to do so. Tired of being treated as just another source of income, I tried to cancel my policy and go with another company. All-State makes this nearly impossible to do. I have been with this insurance Co for over 40 years. I have never been disappointed with the service. Now that i am on a fixed income, i called Mr. Palmer to ask for suggestions to lower my payments. He had someone contact me within two days, with a new plan that saved me over 30.00 a month.
