I was assigned a new agent a while back. I had a collision claim, couldn't get in touch with my agent (nothing new), called and talked with 3 other people, who had no idea about my claim. Whe I called back to ask about the payment to Kwik Trip, he told me I had to call corporate to have them send him documents. Highly unusual. Kwik Trip thought it odd too. mostly ok
I am not super excited about Allstate to be honest. I was in my first accident that only involved myself, and no damage to anything other than my car. The cost of my insurance increased around $100.00. That is horrible. I am thinking about switching to an insurance carrier that is accident free for the fist accident. In all of my driving 50 years, this has been my ONLY accident that only included myself at fault I also could not get ahold of anyone at that time and they are located in a town that is an hour away, not locally... read more
