I have been a customer for many years and the customer service from our local Allstate agents has been fantastic! Great prices on insurance for things like our boat, snowmobiles, UTV, motorcycle and enduro. Good prices for the house and vehicles compared to other insurance companies.
This morning, i talked to someone assistant to request quote for my new house. They told me no internet access and call me back. But I don’t have any calls back from assistant. Not easy to get assistant. They must be haves valued customer.

I would really like to acknowledge Jason Good in this review. I was initially with Progressive for a long time, and when they eventually screwed me over Jason was right there to help pick up the pieces. He addressed our needs, listened to concerns, and was extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout our transition. He continues to help me anytime we need anything, and always has the best attitude while doing it. I really appreciate him and all of his hard work/diligence and highly recommend!
This is a great place for Insurance! I would highly recommend them! I've been with them for over 10 years with zero issues. They know these insurance policies in and out!
