Allstate has been very good customer service is good getting a hold in talking to an agent is easy and quick I just wish they had and Allstate office in Linton Indiana much closer to my home
Absolutely stellar insurance and service. Appreciate Devon, John and all staffs expertise, attention to detail and professionalism. We left Allstate when Earl McClelland retired and we're very disappointed by every other agent and product we tried...and are pleased to be back with Allstate in the best office around. Had a recent event requiring need of my All State towing service. I was unable to contact All State with my phone app. A lady in John Harvester's office intervened and secured the necessary service for us.
Never get any answers, John and his son are never there and they were the reason I came to this office. Its time to switch agents or company. I never seem like a priority when I call in. Sorry for the negative review but this office needs a make over.
John is always attentive to our insurance needs.
