I think their customer service was actually ok but when I decided to leave my policy John snapped on me, and screamed at me over the phone. I was completely shocked. Usually I would have reacted but I froze due to the horrific unprofessionalism I’ve ever experienced. Furthermore, learned my policy was garbage.

Not very personable in my experience. Did not even try to keep me on as a customer when I found a better policy
I was working with aidy, and she definitely did know what she was doing , if I’m being honest I’m not sure what was the missed communication there but she never submitted my paperwork so my insurance submission was pending and they said they got a payment for me but I kept on saying it didn’t go thru my bank account and they kept assuring me it did, and lastly Allstate canceled my policy On a days notice which John even said himself on the phone was wrong of them!
