I used this company for several years. They were low average throughout that time. When I cancelled my policies (I used them for home and auto) to move out of the country, I had a refund coming. They withheld the refund and charged me $50. As this was not accurate, I didn't pay, but instead contacted them to try to get it fixed. They ignored all correspondence and turned me over to collections after 15 plus years of using them. Do yourself a favor and find a company that is professional. This one is not.
He solicitated me to price out my current auto and home policy when I was shopping for LTC. I thought it's harmless to provide him my current policies for him to price it out. He then informed my current agency (whom he used to be friends with) that I was shopping around. My agent reached out to me asking why. How more unprofessional and unthoughtful could he be?
