I was with all state and still am for last 5 years never late. I had a auto accident and Allstate total my car out but I continue to pay insurance for over a year. Hey been with this company for 3 plus years never miss payment. Well about 3 years ago we total our car all state vs Allstate . We figure once the car was totaled by all state and they sent it to the junk yard that was consider there property not mine. They continued to charge us insurance for 18 more month. I have special need kiddos feeding tub and mom that was on hospice and having heart attacks once a month so I didn’t look at it . They owe me around 1300 bucks so I’ve been trying to get it back.
