This allstate office, in particular, is the most unprofessional immature people I ever dealt within my life. First they forced me into a contract because i'm the spouse, but I don't drive. Multiple incidents with Maria no doing or canceling thing when needed to be done and she doesn’t remember anything at all and try’s to blame you that it’s your fault when she didn’t do it at that moment need someone else to talk to because she is no help!!!!!
