Perhaps the worst insurance agency I've ever encountered. Totally incompetent despite hard sell and money-grabbing tactics. Hideous people. I assume all the Google reviews here are from friends and family trying to disguise the horror of this agency because the Yelp reviews (which have to be from verified reviewers) tell a very different story.

I have used John Chandler to help me stay covered through the years living in multiple places. He is always prompt, kind and professional. His steadfast follow through is greatly appreciated and I would recommend him to anyone.
