I would give zero stars if I could. This person should lose their license and be prosecuted for fraud and theft. John Butler engaged in premium diversion on a policy my mother paid for in full. She bought a homeowner’s insurance policy through agent John Butler, who even came out to the property to take pictures of it, but instead of fulfilling his fiduciary duty by paying the insuring company for said policy with the money provided by my mom, as agents are supposed to do, he stole the money for himself. If I could give a worse review I would. A year ago this man had me sign an Application per my many coverage needs. With that said, he promised and lied about it being an admitted policy, and it came in at almost ten times the price of Bird insurance. I called insurance provider and told them I was not pursuing after John's angry text and calls, and they were fine. Love love love Butler insurance! Saved the day so many times!!
I can not express my level of grateful to John Butler for getting us out of a bad choice I made with a "reptile insurance company." In just 3 short days with this "lizard," it became BEYOND obvious I'd made a horrible mistake. Realizing it was easy since THAT companies customer non-service was nothing short of obscene. Thank you John and our best wishes for a Happy New Year!
