I have been with Allstate for over 20 years when John was in office now that this practice has been transferred to new agents. It has been nothing but inconsistency and mistakes. Eric Mcnair messed up my policy when I did a good service of bringing my brother as a client. Now Allstate wants me to pay double the amount for two months and then decide to give me a credit.
