I won’t be doing business with this office. The guy I talked to was very nice, but he told me that his computer was acting up and if I would be available in 10-15 minutes, he was going to have his boss Joel get back with me to finish my quote. I said yes, sat right by my phone like he told me too and waited 1/2 an hour with no call back. I believe it’s was because he was going past his closing time. Yes, you know who I’m talking about at the fm 1959.

I went to ask about car insurance. His service attitude was very friendly and enthusiastic, and his business ability was extremely excellent. Although he was not my agent yet, he still explained the car insurance issues I consulted about carefully and in detail, and I was very satisfied.
