Joel and staff were wonderful for the years we used them. Unfortunately, his Allstate business has closed. No notice, no letter, no nothing. Not sure what happened, but it would have been nice to have been notified. Loyalty to loyal customers is a thing of the past apparently...
This is a great agency. The office staff are quite knowledgeable and always friendly. I like to pay my premiums at the office instead of mailing to be sure they got them. Very convenient. There is nothing I would like them to change except lower their rates...but who wouldn't like that? Update: As of August 2018 agency is closed. No notice nothing. Went to pay my bill and they are GONE! A letter would have been nice.

14 years with Allstate without ever filing a claim then they raised my rates to double with no explanation or contact from Mr. Harbin's agency. When I canceled the policy at the end of term I was charged $49 for "policy change" ... why raise my rates then charge me for cancelling?
