POLICY HOLDERS BEWARE allstate is my insurance. Allstate has knowing taken advantage of me. A lady in claims went as far as mocking and laughing at me. I was told by Allstate to submit a claim through my own insurance when I was the one hit. This has a been a aweful experience!!!!!
