Jimmy is professional, quick to respond, and always looking for the best product to fit your needs. Our family has had several policies with Mr. Knaff over the years and we remain very impressed with the coverage and customer service!
Mr. Knaff told me there would be NO interruption in coverage if Joe, my youngest son, was placed in his own policy. Allstate refused the payment for Joe’s policy out of my bank account. I had NO idea this had happened. Shortly thereafter, Joe was involved in an accident which was not his fault, a law enforcement officer observed the accident and placed all fault on the other driver.
