I have been a policy holder for at least 20 years. I have asked multiple times for better pricing based on my record of always on time payments and one accident claim in all those years. I get a brief indifferent response every time. Not even a follow up call. I have taken my business elsewhere as should everyone else

I've been with this agency for over 20 years. I have five policies with Allstate. Does he ever check up on me? No. Does he ever ask how things are going? No. Does he care? No. He gets his comics ion check so, why should he care. I'm looking for a new agent. I mean, 20+ years is enough of a chance. Jim, you should be ashamed.
