Outstanding customer service are always there if you need something. You can get a hold of them anytime during the business day. I would definitely recommend them for your insurance needs.
I have been with allstate for about 20 years, over different states. you always know what you should be getting with allstate and the number 1 thing has always been the extra care they give, but not twiggs we moved here maybe 5 years ago and he has never answered an email or message or returned a call. service like this doesnt deserve the extra money, sorry twiggs service doesnt deserve the allstate logo. this truly saddened me, but looking around we went fro twiggs 261.00 to 79.00 same coverage..
