We have been with this agency for three years and no problems till now!! Apparently they no longer exist! We never received notice by mail or email that they would not be in business which is really unprofessional. Now we have to find another agent at the last minute to achieve getting documents needed to refinance. Not cool!!

Anthony is beyond helpful. I had an issue with a policy that I didn't approve of, and he went way above and beyond to help work it out. I've been with Allstate since 1996, and things like this are what keep me here.

Be very careful with him while switching your policies out of Allstate. I moved to another insurance and asked him to cancel my auto and renters policy 5 days in advance. I called twice and emailed all the necessary documentation and he replied via email that he will take care of it. But all he did was to set the auto policy from auto-pay to not auto-pay. That way, the policy goes past due and cancelled due to lack of payment, which I believe will affects my credit history. I called Allstate customer service and they said I ... read more
