Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, prompt, and pleasant. I am a Realtor and recommend Allstate to all of my clients! I may be able to find an insurance carrier that saves me a few dollars, but service to me is tantamount. In all these years as a customer, I've never once had a problem with a claim, not on my house and not on my 3 vehicles. I recommend Allstate very highly!
My experience with everything and everyone was what I have always expected with Allstate, responsive, professional and helpful. The only part I had real trouble with was understanding the claim report with the expected reimbursement. To me it was very confusing and a lot of unnecessary paper for the average jane! I was unsure just how much I had to spend on new carpeting and linoleum per square yard plus installation, etc. In the end, all worked out just fine! Thank you Allstate for the caring service.
