Nicole and her team are completely unprofessional and shows major incompetence. I was a steady customer, always paid on time with no issues whatsoever. I switch bank accounts and notify them that I changed my account so the billing should come from the new account. This was not done unbeknownst to me and after several promises were made. I made at least four attempts to have the team use my new account information to pay the bill and it was never done. Let me be clear, four attempts to pay my bill and it was never done.
