Allstate like most other companies today have become greedy and seeks to nickel and dime their customers by any means possible. They appearantly changed their late payment date to two days after marked due date. No other companies do this. This is just another attempt to get more from their customers. On top of that the late fee is near same as the monthy fee. How ridiculous.
Have always information I require quickly with detailed explanations of any questions I have had.
