On May 30th 2026 our camper caught on fire in the Grand Canyon it was a total loss. Allstate and the Offices of Jim Craig have been absolutely excellent to deal with to walk me through this tragic time we are dealing with. It is very comforting to know you have people you can count on and like the slogan says you're in Good Hands. Quality is long remembered after the price which also relates to insurance and the people who work for you to provide you with an excellent coverage
I felt more like money than a human being. I was only called when my transaction didn't go through or when they needed more money information. Never a call to say hey you being increased, or anything like that. It makes a difference to me how these people address me and deal with me when they have monthly access to my account and can take it when they want how they want as often as they want, I get that its a business but they still could have handled me better as a client.
