We have been insured with Allstate for over 30 years and the agents at this same location. Tim Taylor himself has been exceptional, as has the rest of his staff. We have had two massive claims and they could not have been better. We recently renewed and updated our policies with the best rates. Tim and Mari are always on top of things. They respond quickly and always leave me satisfied with whatever was needed.
Very, very unhappy with the Tim Taylor agency. They had my home owners and auto policy with allstate. There was a problem with my credit card because of some fraudulent charges that I have been trying to straighten out. They did not even call me to let me know that my policy would be cancelled if i didn't make other payment arrangements. I didn't even know it was cancelled until my bank reached out for my policy number. Then when I called the agency, I was told they would not reinstate my policy.
