My policy was not renewed due to some BS reason, I was never advised I would not be able to renew. Allstate sent a letter to Jessica's office in February, yet she never reached out to me to let me know. This could have easily been resolved, but now it's too late. She won't return my calls, no one answers the phones at her office, she won't return emails, even Allstate is unable to reach her. Disgraceful! The worst customer service, they never return calls or emails. Somehow an unknown person was added to my policy and they withdraw over 1,000 dollars from my bank account, left many voicemails and emails and no response.

It seems that Jessica isn't in her office very many hours a week because most of the time when I'd ask for her her assistant would say she was out. Rarely do she or her assistant answer the phone. I almost always had to leave a message and IF they returned the call it was several hours later or the next day. Several times I had to be the one to call back after leaving the message. Three stars and not one because they would get things done for me when I finally got to talk to them
