I always have problems getting in touch with my agent. Leave messages. No call back. No answer at the office. I usually have to drive about twenty five minutes and go to the office and talk with her. I have discussed this with her. She said it’s the new phone system. Just tried calling her about a quote on a car I am interested in purchasing. ???? Should I buy it?? Need it insured. Cannot drive without insurance.
Absolutely 100% do not use this agent. I went in a year ago to sign up for home and auto. As a young man, I brought my mother with me when I signed up for home and auto. Even though the policy was in my name and I would be paying for the coverage, jennifer was entirely disrespectful and would only acknowledge my mom’s questions and entirely avoid speaking with me.
