I'm not really the one to leave bad reviews but I think this one is needed. Last month in November me and my girlfriend cancelled our auto policy with Allstate and just leaving our Homeowners insurance with allstate because it was Paid in full for the year but December 19th 2025 we had a charge on our debit card account. I always have problems getting in touch with my agent. Leave messages. No call back. No answer at the office. I usually have to drive about twenty five minutes and go to the office and talk with her. I have discussed this with her. She said it’s the new phone system. Just tried calling her about a quote on a car I am interested in purchasing. ???? Should I buy it?? Need it insured. Cannot drive without insurance.

Insurance and pricing were comparable to others. It frequently took several phone calls and e-mails to resolve any issues we had. Page who answered the phone was always very polite and helpful. We did not have the same friendliness from our agent Jennifer, especially after cancelling our policies. Happy that we found better coverage elsewhere for significantly less.
