I'm a mercer island resident. I have been using Jeremy Olson's Allstate insurance for both my house and 3 cars for years without any single claim. Recently a heavy rain caused a water leak to my house so I filed my very first claim. My 2018 included my mom dying, whom I took care of 24/7, no job, and moving twice, as the estate I lived on burned down. Throughout this, my agent helped me maintain my auto insurance, essential in a mountainous rural area. I have been with Allstate over 20 years.
I have been a client for almost 50 years and have ALWAYS been treated very well with each problem or question resolved completely.
