Very helpful in explaining coverage and answers to my questions
After being a great Insurance Company for years and years and handling all my needs they let me down big time when I sold my home. My flood policy was transferred to the new owner and I didn't get my reimbursement for the money I paid for the policy. Somebody stold my $3000. They blame the title company, the title company blamed the insurance company and the new owner won't talk to me.
Very satisfied with our experience with Henley Insurance!! They’ve done a great job helping us with our homeowners policy the last few years. Great communication and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for their insurance needs. I recommend them to people on a regular basis. You’ll be in great hands!
