After Hurricane Helene, I was reminded once again why I absolutely LOVE my insurance company I’ve been with Allstate through Jeremy Ford for 20 years, and every time life has thrown us a curveball, Allstate has stepped in and hit it out of the park. I have been with Allstate and the Jeremy Ford agency for nearly 4 years. I have always received outstanding service from the agency any time I have had any questions or needed to make any changes to my coverage. I highly recommend both Allstate and the Jeremy Ford agency.
The price is okay. But recently my wife was in an accident and the other party was at fault. Jeremy Ford insurance agency told us we had to file with the other insurance company and never offered to help. It has taken over 8 weeks for us to finally get the process just started with our vehicle. While I understand Jeremy Ford insurance isn’t responsible for the claim it would have been helpful for the insurance company we do pay make sure the other insurance company did the right thing. Will change insurance soon.
