Jennifer has a pleasant voice and a gracious manner. Not only that, but she was able to work with her home office to cancel some fees attached to my deceased sister-in-law's policy. She dealt efficiently with the problem and quickly followed up by email. I was so impressed with her work that I recommended her to the fellow that bought my sister-in-law's house.

I called Sept 2nd to the office number of Jennifer King. I told the agent I wanted to switch my coverage from full coverage to liability. 3weeks later when I receive my bill, I see I’m due $300. I call their office and they blame the call center. I check my phone records and I called 12pm Tuesday to office. They don’t try to make it right and “can’t” back date it so I don’t have to pay an unreasonable amount for a mistake I didn’t make. They don’t offer to switch my coverage to what I wanted. This Allstate Agency is the BEST in the state. They are always so very welcoming, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, polite, helpful and caring. I have been with them since 2005 and I’m not going anywhere else. Mrs. Jennifer King, is the agency owner and she is amazing. Katierra Brooks, is an agent and she is amazing.
