If I could’ve given zero stars I would’ve. The lack of professionalism is astounding. When asked why my homeowners policy more than doubled, I was told “that’s what it is”. We’ll I’ve got news for you! As my agent you work for ME! Your job is to help me get the best possible rates! Not screw me over! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years! Thanks to you and your lack of customer service, I’ve moved my business elsewhere.
