I have been with this agency for a couple of years and never had any issues with staff. Millie the new representative was very unprofessional concerning my home insurance. She told me incorrect information and insurance was cancelled. I confronted her about it she was very rude,unprofessional and arrogant! I had to call Allstate main office to get it reinstated. I emailed my agent Jeff Snyder and he never responded to my email.

Jeff Snyder's Allstate agency for any type of insurance needs is readily available to serve. I have been with him for a long time and I have found him and his associates to be knowledgeable, willing and understanding to help me during a time that I needed them most. I would recommend this insurance agency to anyone. Jeff is ready to serve and I will always think of him as my family and not just an insurance man.

Great experience working with Jeff and his team. Cindy, Belinda and Jeff all were very helpful in assessing exactly what my family needed and doing all the leg work for us. Having a local office really makes these decisions much easier.
