Jeffrey is an outright A-hole. His employees Kayce Howard, whom was my agent and I though a friend, failed to notify me, when I requested a( payment date change,)That I would be charged double in one month, leaving the month leading up to renewal payment free. When I received a cancellation notice for failure to pay that secondary month payment for November. I called to speak with Kayce who pushed my call to Jeffrey.
