Switched to Allstate six months ago and already received a $600 increase at renewal. Rate increase was brought to the attention of our Agent and was eventually brought back to the original rate. Have called our Agent to discuss the policy and never received a call back.
Halleenna has been extremely helpful with helping us with our auto and homeowners policy. I can't recommend her enough.
Excellent service
These folks are very dishonest. They messed up my automatic payment and Cancelled my home owners policy without contacting me and then told me they would call me back, they never did. I called two days later and they said they would email me the details and refused to tell me over the phone what was going on. Then they blocked my number. They love playing games over there, blocking phone numbers. I hope this review saves someone some trouble.
I luv how they worked to give me a great rate...and the nice Lady who did my contract is A-1
