Allstate Insurance - Jeffrey A. Paglialonga.....the lack of Customer Service and poor service, including sarcasm received form APRIL WELLS, is unfortunate. I have been an ALLSTATE Customer for over 20 years, but after informing April that he response to me was inadequate, she informed me that I would need to notify the office in writing when I wish to cancel my policy. we all know there are companies - agencies that value their customer, this is certainly not one of them.
Have been ith Jeffrey Pagliaonga's agency for close to a decade. Always courteous, knowledgable and prompt. I've rarely contacted Allstate directly. Only once that I remember, when Iwas rear-ended on a Saturday several years ago, and Jeffery's office was on the phone with me Monday morning, and my vehicle was fixed and returned by Friday. They handled all the details. I plan to stay with them.
