Was a customer for several years. Found out none of our property was insured correctly but I was paying as if it was. The Office is never open. Kerri office manager is always on vacation. Found much better coverage with lower rate elsewhere.
I Love Allstate. I have been with them for many years, not only in Michigan, but in Florida too. The Lange Agency have the best customer service, friendly and ready to please.
