Poor handling of both my homeowners and auto insurance policy. Paid policy for 1 yr in full mishandled the renewal process and would not cancel it at my request. They cancelled my auto insurance by an error they made and would not reinstate it. Due to my auto insurance being handled so poorly, I requested to cancel my homeowners policy.
