I am not sure what has happened with the level of customer service at this office. Getting a review on a current policy is an Act of Congress. Every time I request a review or to make changes, I am subjected to sitting on the phone for 30 to 40 minutes only for NOONE to follow up with anything. Then when you call an inquire, they give a gazillion excuses as to why they are delayed. Dude said today that he is getting over COVID.
