I tried to tell em that with the upcoming apocalypse the insurance business would be a tough one to be in, but they didnt even bat a eye!!!
In September they failed to send an inspector to my property for an inspection. Because of their negligence my policy was canceled without my knowledge and I was charged by my mortgage company for insurance (much more expensive!). When asked why they neglected to send an inspector they replied "we assumed" I didn't want insurance. They so far have done nothing to rectify the situation and have basically told me its my fault. Jeff and his colleague's worked hard to get us the best deal possible not only on our homeowner's insurance but auto too. They were extremely patient with us, answering all of our questions about homeowner's insurance, as this was our first home! They even checked in on us after the brutal hail storms from the summer to see if we needed anything as the whole area was hit hard. We wouldn't insure our most valuable belonging's with anyone else. Thank you guys!
