Jay Rietman insurance has always been great at trying to keep my rates at a reasonable price.highly recommend.
Bait and switch advertising. Sent me a letter stating Allstate can insure my home $600,000+ home for $597. Give me a break. At least be reasonable.
I have always found my agent's office staff to be VERY helpful with questions I have understanding my policy and getting me copies of documents I need. My most recent experience was regarding coverage for my offsite rental storage unit. I wanted to know if my homeowner's policy extended to that, how much coverage I would have, and proof of coverage for the leasing office. They answered all my questions on the spot and got me the copies I needed within a couple of hours. Very happy to give a positive review!
