We've been with this company for over a year and ended on terrible terms. I reached out to our insurance provider, Marc, and asked if we had windshield coverage for our vehicle. He stated he "forgot" to add windshield and collison and would do so immediately. Here is where things went wrong: - I did not know my policy was ending and about to renew. Received an unsolicited piece of mail from this agency that tried to disguise itself like some sort of tax information conveniently around tax season. To clarify.. the mail is disgusted to look like tax info so you open it and not just throw it away. There was no confusion.
