We've been with this company for over a year and ended on terrible terms. I reached out to our insurance provider, Marc, and asked if we had windshield coverage for our vehicle. He stated he "forgot" to add windshield and collison and would do so immediately. Here is where things went wrong: - I did not know my policy was ending and about to renew.
